If you are struggling with the physical demands of a sportive event then why not try out our sportive training plan packages.


The Sportive training plan is designed to get the maximum out of you for Sportive day. You will receive a structured 12 week training plan that builds up towards your chosen event totally tailored to your goals for the event. Gain confidence in knowing you will be physically ready for your challenge, and have the ability to know how to tackle the challenge to get the best out of yourself. You will receive the Sportive resource pack which gives you detailed information on how to fuel up for your event.


You will have a face to face meeting with a sport scientist who will take note of your training ability and deliver a training plan that will fit into your lifestyle. You can keep in contact with your sport scientist and your training will be reviewed at half way to make sure your staying on track, and at the end of the 12 weeks you will be in top form ready to tackle the event.
